Our Sourdough breads are made using our “wild yeast” starter to leaven our breads, and our Mother has been around for more than a decade.
Ingredients: Wild Yeast Starter, Muhammad Farms Premium Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Unbleached, Unenriched All Purpose & Bread Flour, Water, EVOO (extra virgin, cold pressed), Raw Honey, Kosher Salt. We cut our dough in 2 lb loaves.
Our Plain Sourdough Artisan Loaf and our Sandwich loaf (sliced), have a mild sour taste with the unique flavor of Muhammad Farms Whole Wheat Flour. Lightly toasted, you will enjoy an amazingly crunchy exterior with a soft interior!
Our Kalamata Olive and Fresh Rosemary Artisan Loaf is delicious, soft, tangy and fragrant with the taste of Fresh Rosemary. You’ll have to eat it to believe it!
You can go Cheesy or Cheesy with a Kick when you choose our Artisan Loaf Asiago Cheese Blend or Jalapeno and Cheddar. Makes the best Grilled Cheese Panini Sandwiches. You won’t believe the crunch!
Our sourdough loaves will ship in increments of 3 or 6 loaf cases. All will ship at $10 loaf, plus shipping.
